Namirial named leader in electronic signature software provider category in IDC MarketScape Worldwide 2023 report

Palo Alto, Senigallia – October 10, 2023

Namirial, a world leader in trust-based software and services for automating and digitally transforming business processes, has been named a leader in the IDC MarketScape: Worldwide eSignature Software 2023 Vendor Assessment1.

The IDC MarketScape report identifies and evaluates 18 leading technology suppliers. The report classifies them into four categories (leaders, major players, contenders and participants) and presents the highs and lows of strategy and performance.

“During the recent COVID-19 pandemic, e-signature software quickly went from being a ‘nice to have’ to essential. However, many organizations have adopted electronic signatures in silos, mainly for simple use cases. They still have untapped efficiency potential in digitizing their regulated use cases with more complex signature workflow orchestration and compliance requirements,” said Holly Muscolino, Group Vice President, Content Strategies and Future of Work at IDC. “Namirial is one of the suppliers offering such capabilities by providing a wide range of options for secure, compliant digital identification, authentication and signature on an open platform.”

Namirial has been recognized for the following strengths:

  • In addition to offering a robust electronic signature solution, Namirial provides identity and document services such as document management, archiving, certified communications and electronic invoicing.
  • Namirial offers one of the most comprehensive sets of authentication methods, and meets the requirements of a large number of industry and government certifications.
  • The solution provides a complete audit trail, including audio and video generated during the signing process (where applicable).

Integration with the Namirial eSignAnywhere enterprise digital and electronic signature platform enables all stakeholders to sign paperless transactions – anytime, anywhere and on any device. For over a decade, Namirial Digital Trust Services has been helping private and public sector organizations digitize and accelerate their integration and approval processes.

Businesses and government agencies rely on Namirial solutions for identification, authentication and non-repudiable proof of intent, in compliance with national laws and multinational regulations such as EU Regulation 910/2014 eIDAS. Using Namirial simplifies their processes without compromising compliance. Namirial customers have reduced their acquisition costs and increased customer and citizen satisfaction.

“We are delighted to be named a leader in the IDC MarketScape for Worldwide eSignature Solutions as the only European supplier in this category,” said Max Pellegrini, Namirial’s Chairman and CEO.

“We appreciate the thoroughness with which IDC delves into suppliers’ capabilities, making their reports and data an excellent source of business intelligence. This MarketScape focuses on electronic signatures. Today, Namirial stands at the intersection of electronic identity, signature and document management, and as a group we have a truly multinational and global DNA. We see a growing need for advice on how to digitize their enterprise-wide and global processes and reduce the number of silo solutions, many of which were installed at the start of the pandemic.

Our customers appreciate that we enable them to orchestrate all their Digital Trust Services use cases with an end-to-end solution portfolio that covers all omnichannel scenarios with flexible deployment options and a unique full-stack approach. We will continue our sustainable growth based on an unchanged strategy, working towards a global trust platform capable of meeting the most complex legal and technical requirements for digital use cases at national and cross-border level.”
