In large cities, young workers and middle-income earners are affected by the housing crisis. They find themselves in a situation where they have too much income for social housing and not enough for private housing. Intermediate housing meets their needs by offering a rent lower than that of the private market, while benefiting from a location close to employment areas.

Digitization and securing the rental process
When setting up the digital lease, the objective was to verify the authenticity of the documents sent, in order to secure the process. The solution developed by Netheos allows for the automatic analysis of a large catalog of documents, including national identity cards and tax notices.
In addition to the ease of integration of APIand the simplicity of implementation in IS, the solution has many advantages. The benefits are immediate. For example, the vacancy rate of in’li has been reduced. The first results are very encouraging as more than half of the users have decided to proceed online to their entry in the premises.
